Terms & Conditions


  • Please double-check your schedule before purchasing as no refunds, date changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Should you wish to change the date, you will have to purchase another slot. If you wish to offer the class as a gift, we recommend you order a gift voucher.
  • A minimum of 1 week advance booking is required for the private class to take place.
  • For Introduction to watchmaking and Intermediary classes, the minimum number of participants for the class to take place is 4. If the requirement is not reached, participants will be called to arrange another date at no extra cost.
  • By making the payment for the class, your slot will be confirmed and it also constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Gift Vouchers

  • Choose the voucher value and process to checkout for payment.
  • A digital voucher will be sent to your email (voucher will include a unique coupon code).
  • You or someone else can book the matching masterclass online.
  • During the checkout process, you or the person will apply be able to apply the unique coupon code that is found on the voucher.
  • By applying the coupon code during checkout, the total cart amount will be deducted of the coupon amount.
  • Coupon code is valid only once.

Online Payments

  • Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD – HK$) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are entirely processed using PayPal secure payment systems.
  • We do not store any payment details on the website or accounts.
  • Customers can choose to securely pay using all major credit cards or their existing Paypal accounts should they wish to.
  • No PayPal account is required for payments. Customers with no PayPal accounts can safely use their credit cards during checkout.
  • Customers with no credit cards or PayPal accounts can contact us directly to organise another method of payment with us.
  • We accept different modes of payments on a case by case basis.

My Account

  • During your first purchase on the website, an account will be automatically created for you.
  • An email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, notifying you of your new account. You will be able to access your account from a link. Alternatively you can go to your account at this link.
  • When you log into your account for the first time, you will be required to change your password for security reasons.
  • Please note we do not store your password, and in the even you forget it, you will be required to click “forgot password” to proceed to a new password creation.
  • From your account, you are able to edit or add your address and account details, as well as retrieve your masterclass booking details.
  • Please note that for security reasons, we recommend customers to create complex passwords. At least 12 characters, at least one of which in capitalised.
  • Should you wish to delete your account, please send us an email at and we will proceed to deletion on your behalf. Once your account deletion is confirmed, it is not possible to undo.
